The Saga Sakés are in the spotlight!

Do you know him? Sake ? Do you know Saga ? Do you know Seasons ?

The Sake

The sake is a rather unknown Japanese drink in Europe. Yet this delicious ancestral drink comes from the fermentation of rice using yeast, in spring water.

Japanese wine or Rice beer, this beverage which is about 14°, is far away from the rice alcohol that one drinks in digestives in a glass that whistles !

Saga in Japan

Saga is a region (prefecture to be exact) located on the island of Kiushu, southwestern Japan.

Thanks to its rice and water reserves of excellent quality, Saga is the only prefecture where the brewing of Saké flourished.

Moreover, a certified Saga Saké AOC defines production and ensures its quality.

And Saisons In all this?
