The route of Olivier Scola

If you don't know Olivier ScolaIt's high time to introduce him...

He is a child from the country who attended school at the Lycée Hôtelier de Marseille.

After obtaining his BTS from Monsieur Jean-Luc Rouyer, he flew from his own wings to renowned kitchens.

To name only a few:

  • Plaza Athénée Paris (2* Michelin) - E. Briffard MOF 1993
  • Lassere Paris (2* Michelin) - Mr. Roth MOF 1991
  • Gold Goat in Eze (2* Michelin) - P. Labbe
  • Château Cordeillan Bages near Bordeaux (2* Michelin) – T. Marx
  • The Fouquets in Paris – J.Y. Theirs MOF 1996

In 2009 he placed his suitcases in Aix-en-Provence to create Ze Bistro then Ze Bis in 2012.

In the meantime, he will be finalist in the competition of one of the Best Workers in France in 2011.

Note also that it is Companion of the Tour de France Since 2007.

Today it is Chief Executive in Berns Caterer.
