The kitchen of the Restaurant Seasons welcomes a talented chef (and Marseilles): Ludovic Turac

This young chef works in the kitchens of the Restaurant Une Table au Sud, on the Old Port of Marseille.

This sharing moment will take the form of a 4 hand dinner where will mix creativity and unsuspecting flavors... A clever blend that will merge the kitchen Julien Diaz with that of Ludovic Turac.

But who is Ludovic Turac?

In 2013, Ludovic Turac makes the bet – with the support of his wife Karine – to succeed the leader Lionel Lévythe founder of the Restaurant Une Table au Sud

The challenge is raised by hand since Ludovic wins first star at Michelin Guide two years later, in 2015. He will become the youngest star chef in history!

Since then, Ludovic Turac continues its path with the same idea in mind: give pleasure to its customers thanks to its creative cuisine and the good bottles of wine selected by Karine Turac.
