It is an exceptional microclimate vineyard, located in the hinterland of Hérault.
The 4000 hectares of forests, an old mas and a mill – not far from the GASSAC river – will quickly become the playground of the Véronique and Aimé Guibert, who realize that this terroir is right « exceptional ».
The Professor Enjalbert even declares « that a great cru can be created here but patience will be required before it is recognized as such. Maybe two centuries... ».
According to him, the Mas de Daumas Gassac has indeed a unique terroir with incredible potential to produce an exceptional red wine.

For the occasion, our chief, Julien Diaz, concocted a 5-step menu in accordance with the Domaine Daumas Gassac.
